NESG Announces Winners of the 30th Nigerian Economic Summit Art Competition

The Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) and the Africa Art Fund extend our heartfelt gratitude to all participants in the NES #30 Art Competition. Your involvement has added tremendous creativity and meaning to our shared vision of showcasing the power of art in driving social change and economic growth.

This year’s theme, aimed at highlighting art as a transformative force for economic impact, attracted an extraordinary array of submissions. We were truly inspired by the creativity, vision, and dedication each artist demonstrated. Your contribution helped us elevate the conversation around art's role in fostering positive change and sustainability.

We would also like to take a moment to recognize the three outstanding winners of this year’s competition:

1st Place: "In Between Hope and Frustration" by Emmanuel Okonkwo

2nd Place: "Replanting Together" by Faith Korede Onakomaiya

3rd Place: "Collaborative Action for Positive Growth" by Bamaiyi Emmanuel

While competitions inevitably highlight a few top entries, we want to celebrate each artist who submitted their work. Every entry showcased the exceptional talent within the Nigerian art community and inspires us to keep supporting platforms that amplify these creative voices.
